Hindquarters:
Powerful, well bent stifles. Hocks well let down. Strong buttocks,
lightly feathered.
The hind angulation
must be in balance with the front angulation in order that the
dog will be able to move correctly and efficiently, without wasted
energy. The angulation is moderate but in proportion. Strength
and muscular development are essential.
