Masculine dog that filled the standard for me. He has a look of Lehitrot Me Shaar Haggi and I was interested to find his dam is from this kennel. He is just reaching maturity and has great quality. Good front. Super topline and tailset, good spring of rib. Enough tuck up. Depth of brisket to elbow. |

is excellent in full winter jacket with desired winter

set on and correct fore and rear quarters, good bone
medium build throughout. Level topline, well ribbed
back and short strong loin, very good feet, pasterns
could strengthen a bit more, but when moved at a correct
speed had typical movement. Excellent quality. Best

head, dark almond shaped eye and well set ears.
Clean front and shoulder. Square outline with high

holding a very good topline. When settled in the
Group gave a very good account of himself and a
credit to the breed. |

My first of the breed to get my hands on and I was
pleasantly surprised, square shaped outline, with
well proportioned wedge shaped head, good ear carriage
and with tight lips, moderately arched neck, with
good front angulation, straight forelegs, deep chest
with a good tuck up, moderate hindquarters, permitting
a no nonsense style of movement covering the ground
in a controlled trot. |

PLAN JUNIOR STAKES DOG WINNER
This 12 month old sand
coloured Canaan appealed to me greatly for his breed
type, balance and complete lack of exaggeration. He
has very good overall conformation and presented a
most attractive profile picture with his square outline
and firm level back. He also has just the right amount
of neck and his tail is well set on and carried. He
moves well both in winning his class on the day and
in the final. His head is nicely shaped with good
planes and proportions, but his ears are set on a
bit too high and could be a little wider at their
base and it was this that told against him in the
final. Even so, a Canaan of the highest quality and
a worthy ambassador for the breed. |
